Bravado

Bravado is my personal photo brand showcasing my freelance photo work. I capture cool, clean, and confident photo + video for creatives, performers, and professionals; and anyone needing a little help telling the world who they are.

To introduce my new personal brand, I threw an open-house style launch party in my new home studio. I designed interactive ways to explore my photo portfolio, and offered creative headshots to guests. Designing this party, I leaned into the main message of my brand: come as you are.

Prior to the event day, I soft launched an Instagram to inform potential clients of my visual style, built a VIP email list for followers to be the first in line to hear about the party.

This micro-brand was a personal practice in brand strategy, graphic design, marketing strategy, event planning, and client experience. I hit my goal for launch party attendance and my inquiries about bookings improved post-launch.
Bravado has been lots of fun to work on and it has become something I continue to contribute to when I have the time and need to push myself to try new things.
